This was about 3 months in the making! For those familiar with the 7 stages of "change mgmt" - Jack mapped into each one! the first few weeks - he would cry whenever the baby cried. Then, for a few weeks he managed to completely ignore Charlie. And finally, he started to warm up - it started with a little pat, and now he does kisses and fist bumps!
